Studying

Hello.

Long time, no see. Or should I say speak.

Anyway I am in the middle of exams so blogging was put to the side, however I thought that I should take advantage of this time and share 6 little study tips.

1 - Get enough sleep, your brain needs it. Going to bed early can also help you get into a routine, waking up earlier so you don't sleep the day away.

2 - Drink more water, helps you skin, brain, mood, everything. Add some cucumber, lemon or lime slices. Add some mint and strawberries. Anything fancy to make you drink more.

3 - Exercise, it is so important to run around and burn off some steam, even if it's a quick dog walk or a full on work out. And if not, just go outside. The fresh air is good for you.

4 - Happy study environment, make your desk someplace you want to be sitting. Inspirational quotes are also good, just make a nice environment so you are more likely to look at your books then how messy your desk is.

5 - Ditch the coffee, save the money and instead go for something like a green tea -gives a 'healthy' caffeine boost and is so good for you. Less coffee allows your body to unwind easier during down time.

6 - Make time for your hobbies. Watch and movie, call a friend and have fun. Studying is time consuming but there is still time in the day to balance work with play.

Anyway,

Hope this helps and hopefully I remember to look back on these next time I am feeling abit stir-crazy with my studying.

xx
